In vitro fertilization and icsi too have success rates ranging from thirty five to fifty percent. Success rates depend on embryo quality and endometrial receptivity besides other extraneous factors. Embryo quality depends on sperm and egg quality. There are tests now to assess endometrial receptivity though they are expensive at present.
