More than 50 percent of patients of infertility have the male factor as the contributory factor. The various causes may be due to mechanical factors or subnormal semen parameters. Erectile dysfunction is a very important cause of male infertility. Subnormal semen parameters may include low sperm count or motility, abnormal sperms or absent sperms. In all such patients a serum testosterone, FSH, OGCT, Throid function tests and scrotal Doppler should be done. The treatment options include assisted reproductive techniques like artificial insemination or IVF ICSI
