Varicocele is an important cause of male infertility. It can present both with decreased sperm count and motility. If Varicocele is of a milder grade, surgical treatment is not warranted. Severe grades require surgical treatment. Results of Varicocele treatment can be seen only after few months. Varicocele can be diagnosed by scrotal Doppler.
