Tubal block is an important cause for infertility . Pelvic infection , especially chlamydial infection and pelvic tuberculosis account for a majority of tubal blocks. These conditions are treatable and have good success rates if treated completely. But if the tubes are damaged due to the same, invitro fertilization or test tube baby is the treatment of choice
