Continuing with the condition of premature ovarian failure , there is also a condition of impending ovarian failure which is also an important cause of infertility. such patients have low ovarian reserve, their FSH values are steadily increasing and Amh values are very low. They have irregular cycles. Such patients may benefit from minimal cycle ivf along with dhea supplementation.
