Dyspareunia Or pain during intercourse can be a mechanical cause of Infertility. This can be due to narrow introitus Or rigid and thick hymen. Vaginismus also contributes to dyspareunia. Sometimes a vaginal septum causes dyspareunia. All these issues need to be addressed as part of infertility management
