Infertility because of the male factor is seen in 50 percent of couples and is rather difficult to treat since in many males, all the reports are normal. Hence the treatment being empirical, positive results is difficult to achieve in many couples. If medical management along with intrauterine insemination fails to achieve pregnancy in such patients, invitro fertilization may be the answer.
