Let us discuss some aspects of Unexplained Infertility. This is a diagnosis of exclusion when all probable causes of infertility have been ruled out in both partners. Males should have normal semen analysis and also not have any mechanical impediments for conception. Female should be ovulating normally with normal endometrial thickness, at least one fallopian tube should be patent Or open, uterus should be normal and there should be no peritoneal factors like endometrioses Or pelvic infection
