Patients with irregular cycles, frequent cycles, scanty flow, small ovaries onUSG, patients more than 35 yrs of age should ovarian reserve testing done. If low ovarian reserve is detected in an unmarried patient, fertility preservation by ovarian stimulation and oocyte preservation can be done. All these patients need to be given DHEA to improve oocyte quality thus improving embryo quality in IVF
