Success rates of intrauterine insemination range from 12 to 15 percent. If several cycles of intrauterine insemination also fail, ivf or invitro fertilization is the answer. This involves stimulating the ovaries to mature more eggs in one cycle itself, then retrieving the eggs and fertilizing it with sperms, keeping it in culture in an incubator where the fertilization process occurs upto blastocyst stage and this embryo is subsequently transferred into the uterus.
