Tubal and endometrial factors are also very important causes of infertility. Tubal infections, endometrial infection, can cause tubal blocks or tubal damage and thus infertility. Commonest causes of infections are chlamydial and tubercular. Tuberculosis of endometrium can cause severe scarring and intrauterine adhesions which is one of the important causes of failed implantation.
