This is a stimulation protocol which is used in certain groups of patients where ovulation inducing tablets and minimal doses of gonadotropins are used to stimulate the ovaries. It is used in patients who were poor responders with conventional stimulation protocols, in elderly patients and in patients with poor ovarian reserve. This protocol gives fairly good results.
