What is premature ovarian failure. This is a very important cause of infertility. Here the ovarian function has reached the menopausal range even before the age of 35 yrs. Can be diagnosed by doing Amh and FSH levels .FSH levels are very high and Amh levels are low. The ovaries do not show any follicular activity on USG. These patients can only conceive with donor egg ivf treatment.
