When all demonstrable causes of infertility have been ruled out, we label it as unexplained infertility. In such patients there should be no evidence of ovulatory dysfunction, both the tubes should be normal and patent, there should also be no uterine and peritoneal factors. There should be no male factor either. If all basic tests for the same are normal, we call it unexplained infertility. Ovulation induction and intrauterine insemination can be one of the treatment modalities. All the above treatment is taken care of by Dr Usha.
